The two-week intercultural art festival centered on the theme of transnational migration. Featuring a diverse supporting program, the event addressed the European migration debate through dialogue, exchange, and transnational solidarity, primarily expressed through the medium of art and culture. Throughout the Artweeks, particular emphasis was placed on Central Asia.
